Tom Banigan
Vice President - Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance

Tom has sixteen years of quality assurance and regulatory compliance in silicones at NuSil Technology.  Tom has held previous positions in quality assurance management at the company and sits on its board of directors.  He is currently a member of the Santa Barbara Industrial Association, a mayoral appointee to the Santa Barbara Air Pollution Control District Community Advisory Council, and a member of the Santa Barbara County Community Toxics Advisory Committee.

Tom earned a bachelor of science degree in behavioral physiology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a masters of business administration from Pepperdine University.  Tom holds certificates in Hazardous Materials Management and Air Quality Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
